Cardio Tennis (Sunday: 10-11am | 👉 drop in session £15)

  • High-energy workout that combines the fun of tennis with the benefits of a cardio workout. 💪

    🔥 whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, cardio tennis is perfect for anyone looking to improve their fitness level whilst also hitting lots of balls and developing their tennis skills.

Circuits (Saturday: 9-10am | 👉 drop in session £15)

  • This circuit training class is a full body workout. You will perform a mixture of resistance and core exercises. The circuits class is designed to help you improve your speed, strength and endurance.
